The Story of Options LLC
The name Options was chosen to reflect the company’s commitment to providing thoughtful solutions and a wide range of services tailored to each client’s needs. From the beginning, the mission has been to serve the community with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine spirit of service.
Options LLC is a multi-faceted business offering a variety of home-related services, including estate sales, fine home furnishings sales, home staging, and interior décor.
With more than 116 years of combined experience, the Options team includes professional appraisers, designers, stagers, and marketing specialists who bring expertise and attention to detail to every project.
The team is made up of individuals from diverse backgrounds and stages of life, including military veterans, skilled trades professionals, and students. This breadth of experience allows Options to approach every sale with professionalism, compassion, and a personalized touch.
Russ Burks, founder of Options LLC, is an Air Force veteran who honorably served more than 32 years on active duty. After retiring from the military, he transitioned into civil service, working at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
Russ first developed his love for auctions and flea markets while stationed in the Netherlands. What began as a casual interest quickly grew into a passion for discovering unique items and learning the history and stories behind them.
Originally from Texas, Russ now proudly calls Ohio home. Through Options LLC, he has built a business centered on service, trust, and helping families navigate estate transitions with care and professionalism.
